I am such a novice when it comes to the ranks of landlord hood. Checking out the applications/bids was hard. Turning someone down for, well no reason. Just isn't right. So please come back next week.

Ohhh I see so it's sort of like advertising space for her blog on your blog, right? Oh and I laughed at "she is renting my pad" gotta get my mind out of the trash.....
